A date for a carriage will be held for a 7 day period and confirmed once the deposit has been received.

A deposit of £75 is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non refundable.

The full balance for the booking must be paid 30 days before the date of the event.

Whilst our vehicles are maintained to the highest level breakdowns may occur. If this unfortunate incidence happens then the company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle to another carriage.

The client will be notified as soon as possible should a breakdown occur and the client has the option of terminating the booking, at which stage a full refund will be provided.

Should a vehicle breakdown occur on the day of the booking the company will supply an alternative vehicle as soon as possible (this may not be the same model of vehicle as the original). This will be paid for by the company, with no additional charge to you.

All of our carriages are non-smoking.

 

The company takes no responsibility for any damage to clothes whilst in or exiting from our vehicles
